Shipping policy

After Order is Placed

Orders usually take 7-14 business days to arrive depending on third party shipping delays, holidays, and your shipping location. Once your order is fulfilled and en-route you will receive an email or sms message (depending on the information you provided in your order) with a tracking number and expected delivery day.

Order Status

If you have not received a tracking number or order update after 5 business days from your order, please reach out to us at retail@pitfitworkout.com so we can help track down your order. If you have already received your tracking information, please reach out to the third party transit company (USPS or UPS) to get more information about your package and resolve any issues with your order.
